Our Founder
Patrick Burnell
Patrick is the Founder and Director at SolSearch Energy. Patrick has over 10 years of experience within recruitment, initially starting his career within HR before deciding to make the switch to agency recruitment. His first taste of the energy sector was in 2014 when he supported the UK’s Dept for Energy and Climate Change campaign to hire Policy Advisors ahead of the Paris Agreement in 2015.
Patrick is honored to play a part in the energy transition and is proud to work in the recruitment sector. He prides himself on taking time to truly understand the needs of his clients and candidates and always being his authentic self.
