Cameron Benton 

Principal Consultant - Project Development

Cameron is a Principal Recruitment Consultant overseeing the Project Development function of SolSearch Energy. Cameron joined SolSearch from a recruitment firm based in her home state of Arizona where she covered a variety of different industries including higher education, healthcare, engineering, accounting, construction, and more. Before recruiting, Cameron graduated from Oklahoma City University where she received her bachelor’s in music. Cameron still writes and performs in New York when she is not working to find the best talent in the Solar industry.

Cameron is elated to be working for SolSearch Energy. She feels this role gives her an opportunity to marry her professional skills with her passion for sustainability. Getting to partner with organizations and represent candidates in this industry is a true honor, as Cameron believes these individuals are changing the world.

Something you probably didn’t know:
When Cameron was 16, she touched Beyoncé at a concert in Phoenix. Best night of her life! (Yes, she has washed her hands since.) 

Cameron’s interests outside of recruitment:
Cameron loves to write music, practice yoga and spend time with her loved ones.
