Kio is a Business Support Associate supporting several efforts across the company. Kio joins SolSearch from a recruitment firm based in New York City where she covered executive searches in the technology and financial services space. Before recruiting, Kio graduated from the University of South Carolina with a degree in Marketing and Management and made her move to the big city. With previous administrative experience, she is excited to transition from the recruitment side into an operational support role. 

I am excited to join a team that prioritizes diversity while making a difference in the community. Transitioning from a recruitment background, I am happy to be in a position where I can utilize my professional experience to support the needs of our business as well as our clients and candidates. I am thrilled to be a part of the rapidly growing solar energy space!

I am half Japanese, and although I was born there, I do not speak the language. The culture is something I find extremely fascinating, so I do aspire to learn soon! 

I love to live an active lifestyle by weightlifting, hiking, and running. I really enjoy finding new recipes to create and spending time exploring the city with friends.
